Orders

Where are my orders?

If your order is taking longer than expected, email your order number to cloicouture@gmail.com and reply as quickly as possible and inform you on where it is.

 

Please check the email account used to purchase your item/s to find the dispatch confirmation email.

If you can’t find your email, try the following:

  1. Check your junk/ spam folders

  2. Search your email for cloicouture@gmail.com, your order number, name of items purchased.

 

How can I pay for my order?

Currently we only accept PayPal payment but are setting up Visa, Visa debit etc.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

You have up to an hour to email cloicouture@gmail.com to ask about changing your order. We can't promise every order can be changed but it is worth asking.

 

Can I cancel my order?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

 

What do I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

 

Delivery

What are my delivery options?

  • Express - GBP 3.50

Aims to deliver the next working day.

(Delivered within 1-2 days)

  • Standard - GBP 2.99

Aims to deliver within 3-5 days.

 

Please note: All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all times are estimated delivery times. You will be sent an email when it is dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return your item, email cloicouture@gmail.com and you will receive the return address and instructions.

 

Products and Stock

Why can't I find a product that has been advertised?

This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye out as we are constantly updating it!

 

You can always email cloicouture@gmail.com regarding the item and we will email you as soon as it is back in stock.
